<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power on reset circuit which is used with a system that may possibly have two power supplies of different potentials. SOLUTION: Only a potential divider of a power on reset circuit 100 is connected to a 1st power supply VCCA, and all other component elements of the circuit 100 are connected to a 2nd power supply VCCB. In such a constitution, the supply VCCA is used for triggering energization of the input branch of a 1st NOR gate. Meanwhile, the power is still supplied to the input branch of a 2nd NOR gate from the supply VCCB.</p> |
