PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die device having a simple constitution, with which a rotary body having an inclining part of the angle inclined to rotating axis thereof can be formed, and a forming method for the rotary body in the simple process using the die device. SOLUTION: This die device 10 is constituted with a fixing side die 11 and a moving side die 13 shiftably fitted to the fixing side die and producers, by forming, the rotary body having the rotating center with the fixing side die and the moving side die. In the fixing side die, a slide body 12 slidably fitted on the orthogonal surface to the rotating axial line of the rotary body, is arranged and in the slide body, a corresponding inclining part 21 for forming the inclining part in the rotary body, is arranged. Further, the slide body is constituted so as to be slidingly shifted by linking with a shifting movement for opening/closing the moving side die to the fixing side die. Then, the forming method of the rotary body is executed so as to match the slide shifting movement of the slide body with the inclining angle formed at the inclined part of the rotary body by using this die device.
