TEMPORARY OVEN LID FOR REPAIR OF DOOR FRAME OF COKE OVEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary oven lid for repair of door frame of a coke oven without making a grinder collide with a supporting part of the temporary oven lid for repair of door frame of the coke oven even when the circumference of a sealing surface of the door frame is ground by a grinder. SOLUTION: This temporary oven lid 50 for repair of door frame has sealing blocks 60a to 60d composed of a number of heat insulating materials stacked. In the oven lid 50, (i) these sealing blocks 60a to 60d are brought into contact with the internal surface of the door frame 56 and they are arranged without protruding to outer side than the sealing surface 56a and (ii) a length L in a direction to respective coke oven length direction of these sealing blocks 60a to 60d is set so as to be gradually shorter from the lower part to the upper part and (iii) adjacent sealing blocks are mutually fixed by a connecting member 64 and (iv) falling-preventing member 65 for fixing the outside of stacked sealing blocks 60a to 60d is provided in the inside of the door frame 56 and (v) these sealing blocks 60a to 60d have weight capable of carrying by man power.
