PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image processing parameter determination device which can improve operability by making it possible to suitably and easily adjust image processing parameters. SOLUTION: An image input means 10 inputs as inspection image information image information obtained by other devices (image processor which was installed before).
