PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly discriminate the possibility of instruction overwrite that contents of a following instruction are rewitten by the storage of the executed result of a store instruction, for example. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a means 2 for detecting the length of all instruction streams continued to an instruction fetched from one instruction fetch port and fetched finally, a means 3 for detecting the address of an instruction corresponding to a specified position among all the instruction streams and a store object address to store the executed result of the completed store instruction and a means 4 for detecting possibility for the contents of instructions in all the said instruction streams to be reloaded by storing the executed result of the store instruction by using the outputs of the means 2 and 3.
