PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramics material capable of being sintered at a low temperature (<=1,000 deg.C) where evaporation of PbO can be avoided and capable of being produced at a reduced cost. SOLUTION: This piezoelectric ceramics material contains a mixture having a composition located inside a region surrounded by a hexagon ABCDEF (or GHIJKL) in a ternary composition diagram of PbTiO3, PbZrO3, and Pb(Mn1/3 Nb2/3)O3 or Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)O3 as principal ingredients and a certain quantity added of an oxide such as MoO3 or V2O5 as a subsidiary ingredient. |
