PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrate cold air to a food in a cold storage chamber and to rapidly cool the food by a simple and low-cost constitution by arranging a fan for the chamber to circulate the air of the chamber in a refrigerator body and a wind direction altering means for rotating a discharge port of the circulated air to alter a discharging direction. SOLUTION: Cold air to be cooled by a cooler 16 is circulated from a cooler chamber 18 into the chamber 18 through a cold storage chamber 5 and a vegetable chamber 6 by a fan 17 for a cooler, The air in the chamber 5 is circulated into the chamber 5 through a ventilating duct 25 of a wind direction altering means by a fan 26 for the storage chamber. Then, the duct 25 alters a wind direction of the air discharged from a discharge port into the chamber 5 by rotating the port through a shaft of a vertical direction by a motor 29 arranged above the duct 25.
