PURPOSE: A railroad vehicle brake operating device is provided to prevent the abrasion of a tooth surface generated when a brake shoe holder secures on a wheel at the initial stage. CONSTITUTION: In a railroad vehicle brake operating device includes hangers(4,5) hanging a brake shoe holder(3), the railroad vehicle brake operating device having a link ball includes a link ball(102) rotatably inserted between a pair of brackets(2) formed in the brake operating device to rotate one upper part of the brake shoe holder, and an upper shaft(100) passing through the link ball and fixing the hangers with bolts(101), wherein the brake shoe holder and the hangers are rotatable to the pair of brackets in all directions.
