FABRICATION METHOD OF SCREEN SUBSTRATE FOR PRINTING

PURPOSE: A fabrication method of screen substrate for printing is provided to allow expression of shaded tone to be delicate, exhibit a clear pattern, and enhance workability due to reduction of labor and working time. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of: storing a texture source file in CPU directory using a keyboard; drawing the pattern to be printed on the monitor using graphic tools(30) or entering the pattern to the CPU directory using a scanner; converting the pattern to the dotted pattern by toning shade using the texture source file; printing the dotted pattern on polyester film; repositioning the printed polyester film on net yarn substrate; irradiating UV to the polyester film to form perforations in the net yarn substrate. Thus, screen substrate for printing is produced to exhibit a clear pattern.
