LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY GLASS CLEANING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display glass cleaning device is provided to mount ultrasonic wave generators on both sides of a cleaner, thereby removing impurity adhered to the upper and lower surfaces of a glass. CONSTITUTION: Respective ultrasonic wave generators(22) are mounted in the front and rear surfaces of a cleaner(11) and pass ultrasonic wave between glasses(P). A piston rod(34) of a cylinder(33) moves a bed plate(31) vertically. Adjusting poles(45) fitted in long holes(46) support both sides of the glasses(P) according to the size of the glasses(P). The piston rod(34) ascends and descends the glasses(P) inserted inside a cassette(40). The ultrasonic generators(22) remove easily impurity adhered to the upper surface of the large glasses(P). The vibration caused by the ultrasonic wave is propagated on the glass surface impartially. Therefore, the cleaning efficiency is improved.
