PURPOSE: A coding chatting system is provided to resolve a discharge of personal information from a hacking occurred when transmitting and receiving a message in the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A coding chatting client(1) and a coding chatting server(3) are connected to a network(2). The coding chatting client(1) is composed as a member entrance box(5), a key management box module(6) and a cipher layer module(7). The coding chatting server(3) has an open key register routine(8), a chatting room key generator routine(9) and a key transmission box routine(10).
