PURPOSE: Provided are cationic polymerization initiator containing sulfonyl amine amide, which dose not have ion structure of salt in molecular structure thereof, and a cationic polymerization composition containing the same, which can increase selectivity of oligomer synthesis. CONSTITUTION: The cationic polymerization initiator containing the sulfonyl amine amide is represented by the formula 1. And the cation polymerization composition contains 0.1-10 mol%(based on cation polymerization organic material) of the cation polymerization initiator(formula 1) containing the sulfonyl amine amide. In the formula, R1 is C1-C4 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, wherein phenyl is substituted by 1-4 substituent selected from the group consisting of C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, halogen atom, R2 is C1-C5 alkyl, allyl, substituted or unsubstituted benzyl, wherein the benzyl is substituted by 1-5 substituent selected from the group consisting of C1-C5 alkyl, C1-C5 alkoxy, nitro, and halogen atom.
