PURPOSE: A door closer is provided to prevent an occurrence of noise when a door is closed, to keep an opened angle of the door, to have a simple structure and to be simple in installation and manufacture. CONSTITUTION: A door closer includes a first stopper(4), a second stopper(8), a first rotational center member(10), a second rotational center member(8) and a first spring(11). The first stopper is inserted into an end of a first cylindrical part(2) of a first hinge(1) attached to a door(52) or a doorframe(50) and coupled with a key(3) to rotate in an interlock state. The second stopper is inserted into an end of a second hinge(6), at which the first hinge and a second cylindrical part(5) are coupled, and coupled with a key(7) to rotate in an interlock state. The first rotational center member has a toothed engaging protrusion(9) coupled with the first stopper. The second rotational center member is connected to the first rotational center member in an axially movable manner, connected to the second stopper and has a torsion forming unit for controlling a door shutting force by adjusting a torsion elasticity of the first spring. The first spring is fixed between the first and second rotational center members and generating torsion when the first and second rotational center members are twisted.
