METHOD FOR ANALYZING INCOMING CALLS ACCORDING TO REPEATERS IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing incoming calls according to repeaters in a mobile communication system is provided to measure round trip time(RTT) of incoming calls of a base station transceiver subsystem(BTS) and the incoming calls of the repeaters which are separately arranged in the BTS, and to classify the measured RTT with many preset distance units to perform a statistical processing, so as to individually analyze the incoming calls of the BTS and the repeaters. CONSTITUTION: If an incoming or an originating signal relating to a mobile station(MS) is sensed, a base station transceiver subsystem(BTS) measures a round trip time(RTT) of the incoming or the originating signal. A base station controller(BSC) calculates the separate distance between the MS and the BTS on the basis of the measured RTT. The BSC increases a frequency number of a range including the calculated separate distance as '1', among many preset distance ranges. If statistical data are requested while collecting the statistical data by a repetition of the processes, a control station processes the statistical data according to a request condition to display the processed statistical data.
