PURPOSE: A splitter operating system of a vehicle is provided to prevent lowering of a life span of a synchronous system and combination failure, and to improve reliability by changing high speed/low speed actively. CONSTITUTION: A splitter operating system for a vehicle is composed of a clutch pedal switch turned on in stepping on a clutch pedal to convert the splitter; a solenoid valve(6) actuated in turning on the clutch pedal switch; a clutch booster(8) generating pneumatic pressure by operating the solenoid valve; a high speed/low speed selection switch(12) regulating supply of pneumatic pressure from the clutch booster; and a splitter servo cylinder(14) actuating the splitter by operating with pneumatic pressure from the clutch booster in selecting high or low speed. Reduction of the life span and combination failure are prevented with shifting actively, and reliability is improved.
