The rail guide system (2,3) can variably tension the spring (10) by deforming spring at right angles to its length (L) to clamp the two rails or again by moving the spring sector (11) transverse to its length (L). The spring (10) thrusts off the two rails (2,3), preferably at two extreme points (13,14,15) and is designed as an undulating spring and the spring sector (11) is fitted with tension adjusters (30,31), accessible even after the system has been finally installed. The end (12) of the spring simply thrusts off the two guide rails and the spring adjuster includes a cam (30) acting on the spring end (11).
