PURPOSE: A system for a lottery type banner advertisement of an internet network is provided to raise access ratio and advertising effects by giving an on-line lottery which renders a user to input a lottery number thereon in free after watching the advertisement during a predetermined time if a banner for an advertisement is clicked. CONSTITUTION: A person who is connected to a homepage clicks one banner out of an advertising banner output line output on initial screen(10), an ID and secret number input window for identifying whether the person is a joined member is displayed. If an information inputted on the jointed member identifying ID and secret window is identified with an information stored in a server, the clicked banner is displayed in a full screen, and the advertising screen of the advertisement manager is output, and an on-line lottery proposal space is output at a predetermined portion. A predetermined prize money is furnished to a prizewinner by a lot per a week.
