<p>Remedies for neuropathic pain which contain as the active ingredient compounds represented by general formula (I) (wherein R?1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8¿, A and B are each as defined in the description) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof; and model animals prepared by administering (+)-4a-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-2-methyl-1,2,3,4,4a,5,12,12a-octahydro-trans-quinolino[2,3-g]isoquinoline. These remedies and model animals enable drug therapy for neuropathic pain and, moreover, evaluation of the therapeutic effects of compounds on neuropathic pain.</p> |
