PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alarm clock capable of easily setting alarm in a shallow sleep time zone easily waking up, that is, REM sleep time zone. SOLUTION: An alarm clock 10 is provided with a dial 11 and an annular member 12 rotatably fitted along the dial periphery. On the surface of the annular member 12, a sleep initiation line 121, non-REM sleep time zone 122 corresponding to the time indicated on the dial 11 in circumferential direction from the sleep initiation line 121 and REM sleep time zone 123 are indicated so as to be capable of discrimination. |
