PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually confirm a lock state from the outside, and prevent dew condensation by removably installing a lattice-shaped frame member having Shoji paper pasted thereon on upper/lower rails and stiles of an inside surface more than glass. SOLUTION: A glass 5 is installed on upper/lower rails 1, 2 are both stiles 3, 4 to form a window sash 6. A lattice-shaped frame member 8 having a Shoji paper 7 pasted thereon is removably installed on the upper/lower rails 1, 2 and both stiles 3, 4 of an inside surface more than the glass 5 of the window sash 6. Thus, a lock member 9 is invisible from the outside, and since the installing number and an installing position of the lock member 9 cannot be visually confirmed, a crime preventive effect is large. Since an air layer is formed between the glass 5 and the Shoji paper 7 by slight clearance 10, the air layer absorbs a difference between outside air and an indoor temperature to prevent dewing of the glass 5. The Shoji paper 7 abundantly cuts ultraviolet rays, and is effective in preventing the ultraviolet rays.
