PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medium of a new carrying device for tiny volume gas, stable till carried into the target point in a state of trapping the gas and capable of releasing the gas on-site by essentially lower ultrasonic momentary sound pressure than conventionals and having biocompatibility. SOLUTION: This medium is used for making microbubbles as a reinforcing device for ultrasonic echo source on-site by trapping an objective gas (2) in a microlength carbon micro-coil (1), carrying the coil into the target point and, in observation, releasing the trapped gas by irradiating ultrasonic wave and stimulating therewith.
