PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish direct routing of a signal between communication equipment and a data network by using a digital loop carrier(DLC) by providing a means establishing a communication path through a carrier and a data network service provider, etc. SOLUTION: A transmission data network service provider(DSP) 122 communicates with a data network 102. The transmission DSP 122 is also directly connected to a transmission DLC 116 directly through a trunk group 124 and connected to the transmission service exchange port 110 of a transmission network 104 through a signal system No,7 trunk 126. Then, a call can be routed directly to the data network service provider from communication equipment through a digital loop carrier by directly connecting the digital loop carrier to the data network service provider.
