PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a plurality of kinds of liquid raw materials or paste-like raw materials without changing the blend ratio. SOLUTION: A mixed paste-like raw material in a first agitating and mixing device 120 is introduced into a transfer container 110. The weight of the transfer container 110 and the weight of a raw material introduced into the transfer container 110 are measured by using a load cell 136 of a raw material weight measuring section 134. The given weight of the mixed paste-like raw material stored preliminarily is compared with the weight of the measured mixed paste- like raw material by a computer 132. When the weight of the mixed paste-like raw material is close to the given weight, a valve 128 is closed gradually. When the mixed paste-like raw material is equal to the given weight, the valve 128 is closed completely.
