PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tableware washing system, which can be installed by a minimum appurtenant work, does not require a large space, is safe, can instantly use a large amount of hot water as rinsing water, and can suppress costs such as electric charges as the maintenance cost to its minimum as well. SOLUTION: The tableware washing system is equipped with a hot water generating station 10 and a washing station 20. In this case, the hot water generating station 10 is equipped with a high temperature heat storage tank 11, and a steam-water mixer 18. Then, the high temperature heat storage tank 11 is equipped with a heat storage material 12, an electric heater 13 to heat the heat storage material 12, and a heating tube 15, which is arranged through the heat storage material 12, and converts water fed through the inside into steam when receiving the heat stored in the heat storage material 12. The steam-water mixer 18 generates hot water by mixing steam with water when receiving the steam from the heating tube 15. Also, the washing station 20 is equipped with a hot water jetting means 28 to jet hot water from the steam- water mixer 18 to tableware 1 and 2 being arranged in the washing station 20.
