HIGH PRESSURE TRANSFORMER AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR MICROWAVE OVEN

PURPOSE: A high voltage transformer(HVT) is provided to fix exactly a temperature detect sensor to a second coil for improving a sensing accuracy of the temperature detect sensor and to simplify installation process. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage transformer(HVT) comprises I shape/E shape cores(21,23) formed of a silicon steel plate; a first coil unit(30) engaging with an outer universal power; a second coil unit(40) engaging with a magnetron; a mica sheet(27) as an insulating material established between the first coil unit and the second coil unit; and a heater coil(29) mounted between the mica sheet and the first coil unit. An outer surface of the first coil wound as a ring shape is surrounded by an insulation molding unit on the first coil unit and an outer surface of the insulation molding unit installs a pair of input terminals(33) applying power from a power input unit. The second coil unit is composed of a second coil wound as the ring shape and the temperature detect sensor to protect a circuit. Thereby, a sensing accuracy is improved by fixing exactly the temperature detect sensor. Repair and replacement work is operated easily in a case of an abnormality of the temperature detect sensor to improve the work efficiency.
