PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing or minimizing non-desired fuel vaporization and generation of pressure wave. SOLUTION: A pump housing has an annular low-pressure fuel return passage 60 for returning low-pressure fuel and the low-pressure fuel return passage 60 is coupled with a relief chamber 56 via a pierced hole passage 62. A plug 64 including a flow restriction orifice 66 is positioned in the vicinity of an end part adjacent to, preferably, the annular return passage 60 of the pierced hole passage 62. |
