PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly illuminate a plurality of chuck nozzles by using the illuminating light from an illuminator by providing a reflecting plate on a head holding the nozzles behind the nozzles with respect to the illuminating light from the illuminator inside the circumferential row of the nozzles. SOLUTION: A parts mounting device is provided with a head 20, a plurality of chuck nozzles 10A-10E attached to the head 20, and a reflecting plate 22 provided inside the nozzles 10A-10E. The reflecting plate 22 is formed of an appropriate material of a metal, plastic, etc., and the surface of the plate 22 is formed to efficiently reflect light. The plate 22 is set up behind the nozzles 10. Namely, the plate 22 is set up on the side of the nozzles 10 opposite to a translucent illuminator and the illuminating light from the illuminator is reflected by the reflecting plate 22 and illuminates the insides of the nozzles 10, particularly, the insides (backsides with respect to the translucent illuminator) of the diffusing plates 14 and chucks 16 of the nozzles 10. |
