PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip hardly shaken on a member to be attached. SOLUTION: An attaching part 2 of the clip comprises a protrusive engaging part 5 and a almost disk like stabilizer 7. The engaging part 5 is almost cylindrical and has pole parts 13 of almost plane like extending vertically from around the center of the stabilizer 7 and on its both sides flexible engaging pieces 15 extending vertically apart from the pole parts 13. The pole parts 13 and end parts of the engaging pieces 15 are integrated to form a tapered part 14. One side ends of the pole parts 13 are thick and form inflexible fixed pieces 16. The engaging pieces 15 and fixed pieces 16 have engaging shoulders 15a, 16a projecting toward the radial direction. The fixed pieces 16 are formed wider than the pole parts 13 and the sizes of the engaging shoulders 15a of the engaging pieces 15 are increasing toward the periphery of the engaging parts 5, therefore, the abutting part on the periphery of a engaging hole increases when the engaging part 5 is inserted in the engaging hole of a member to be attached.
