PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge constant quantity of liquid and to make a liquid supply device hard to be broken and at low cost. SOLUTION: A liquid supply device includes a main body 12 having a hollow part 14. The hollow part 14 is divided into an outside part 14a and an inside part 14b by an elastic body 22. Liquid detergent is kept in the outside part 14a, city water is made to flow into the inside part 14b and the elastic body 22 is expanded. Consequently, the liquid detergent is discharged from a liquid discharge port 64 by applying pressure on the liquid detergent kept in the outside part 14a and pressing a ball 72 of a check valve 66. The elastic body 22 returns to its original shape by stopping city water flowing into the inside part 14b, the liquid detergent is sucked up from a liquid suction port 50, the liquid detergent is kept in the outside part 14a, and a preparatory stage for discharge of the liquid detergent is set up.
