PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic film processing device capable of enhancing the processing efficiency at the time of switching to the processing of another type of photographic film. SOLUTION: This photographic film processing device is equipped with a 1st aperture part K1 for processing the 1st photographic film and a 1st carrying path H1 for carrying the 1st photographic film, a 2nd aperture part K2 for processing the 2nd photographic film and a 2nd carrying path H2 for carrying the 2nd photographic film, and performs processing for the 1st photographic film or the 2nd photographic film by setting either the 1st aperture K1 or the 2nd aperture part K2 in a processing optical path. The device is respectively separately equipped with a 1st carrying mechanism for carrying the 1st photographic film through the path H1 and a 2nd carrying mechanism for carrying the 2nd photographic film through the path H2. In the midst of processing for either the 1st or the 2nd photographic film, the image frame of the other photographic film is positioned at the aperture part K1 or K2.
