PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data representation system on a storage medium which can be used by a user, however disables data to easily be copied. SOLUTION: The file storage device has a state detecting means 10 which detects the occupation state of an area on the storage medium by a file, an arrangement determining means 20 which determines a storage expected arrangement for the storage of data on the storage medium as a file according to the occupation state of the area on the storage medium by the file and the length of the file expected to be stored, an arrangement dependency data generating means 30 which generates a value corresponding to the arrangement of the file on the storage medium, a data converting means 40 which converts the data to be stored according to a value corresponding to the storage expected arrangement obtained by the arrangement dependency data generating means, and a data storage means 50 which stores the data on the storage medium according to the obtained storage expected arrangement. |
