<p>PURPOSE: To provide a cable lead-in device that can lead in a cable through a wall without removing a plug for leading in the cable, can be used for a number of cables whose number cannot be determined accurately in advance, and can seal a gap and has waterproof and dustproof properties. CONSTITUTION: A cable lead-in device 1 has a square opening 2, and a cable can be passed through it without removing the plug of the cable. The square opening can be reduced arbitrarily by at least one fixable slide member 3. Also, it is arranged at the opposing both side parts of the opening and at least one of them has lip-shaped edges 4 and 5 made of an elastic material being provided at the slide member 3, thus satisfying the requirements for closure and dustproofness between the opening and the cable.</p> |
