PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink capable of remarkably reducing the production cost, facility investment cost, etc., by simplifying the production, improved in structure and fixed to electronic parts for radiating the heat of electronic parts and elements. SOLUTION: After forming the heat sink 4 to have a channel shape on which a constant shape and pattern and the like are continuously repeated on a thin metal plate 3 and forming the heat sink 4 to have the same shape as the channel having a rough part 40 waving long in the longitudinal direction (or width direction) by primarily fabricating the metal plate 3 with a press, the primarily fabricated rough part 40 is secondarily fabricated with a press to form a bend part 41 pressed and bent on the rough part 40 with a constant width and interval so that a radiation pin for radiating heat is formed to have a crank shape.
