PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display large amounts of information codes regardless of size and shape of a deposition joint. SOLUTION: In this deposition joint 1, an information code display member 3 to display deposition condition data to be read out by a reader in a deposition device is provided on a joint main body 2. In this case, the information display member 3 is tightened by an insulating lock belt 4 and is fixed possible to move freely to outer direction of the joint body 2.
