PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accurate navigation information by displaying an image of a land surface photographed from the sky. SOLUTION: An image processing part 124 takes out from an image information data base 121 an image data comprising photographic data of a land surface photographed from the sky such as an aerial photograph and a satellite image of a corresponding area based on a present position and a moving direction calculated by a moving information calculating part 123, and an image information transmitting part 125 transmits the taken-out image data to a navigation terminal 101 corresponding to reception of a positional information from the navigation terminal 101. |
