A chip light-emitting device contains a substrate, two electrodes formed on the surface of the substrate, and two LED elements emitting different color lights and mounted on the electrodes, respectively. A reflector has an opening vertically extending through the reflector and having an oval shape when viewed from above and is mounted on the substrate in such a way that the slant inner wall of the opening surrounds the LED elements. The small wall includes two reflecting faces continuously connected at almost the center in the thickness direction of the reflector. A first angle theta p formed between the reflected light of a first output light from a first LED element disposed near the lower reflecting face reflected at the lower side of the lower reflecting face and the reflected light of the first output light reflected at the upper side of the lower reflecting face is equal to a second angle theta q formed between the reflected light of a second output light from the second LED element disposed far from the lower reflecting face reflected at the lower side of the upper reflecting face and the reflected light of the second output light reflected at the upper side of the upper reflecting face.
