PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an amplicon labeled with an oligonucleotide having a known sequence by amplifying a target RNA by TMA method or NASBA method using a primer added with the above oligonucleotide. SOLUTION: An RNA amplicon is produced by amplifying a target RNA by TMA method or NASBA method. The objective amplicon having high detection sensitivity and characteristics, enabling easy and simple detection in high accuracy and capable of reducing the cost by using a probe in common in plural kinds of amplicons can be produced while suppressing the variation of reaction condition and reaction time by adding an oligonucleotide having a known sequence of 15-25 bases to a primer for amplification and synthesizing an RNA amplicon labeled with the above oligonucleotide. |
