PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having improved heat resistance and stiffness and being less prone to exfoliation at the time of injection molding, while maintaining excellent impact resistance and flexibility inherent to a copolymer of ethylene and anα,β-unsaturated carboxylate ester. SOLUTION: A resin composition contains 3-93 wt.% of component (A), 5-95 wt.% of component (B), 1-50 wt.% of component (C) and 1-80 wt.% of component (D), each of the components being described below. component (A): a copolymer of ethylene andα,β-unsaturated carboxylate ester, component (B): a polypropylene [excluding the following (D)] component (C): an epoxy group- containing ethylene copolymer, and component (D): a polypropylene having a functional group reactive with the epoxy group.
