PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an underwater traveling body anchoring device for launching/pulling up an underwater traveling body. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a traveling truck 14 provided with anchoring hardware 21 which passes an opening part 18 punched in a guide 11 and is projected to the outside, a tension spring which is stored within the guide 11 and moves the traveling truck 14 between a center part and a stern part and an anchoring part 26 which is pivotally attached to the anchoring hardware 21 at a lower end part, can be freely inverted, freely slides an induction wire 5 introduced to the inside from an opening 27 at the inside according to moving of the traveling truck 14 and has an outer skin 25 capable of freely adjusting the length of the induction wire 5 between a pull-out position in the vicinity of a center of gravity of the underwater traveling body 1 and the opening 27.
