PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination mounting device capable of arbitrarily combining casters of various types and different wheel diameters with a height control leg for use and arbitrarily mounting an additional height control leg even when there is an existing caster. SOLUTION: This device comprises a leg mounting base 5 having a height control leg 6 fixed to its bottom face at one end and an opening 11 allowing a caster 4 to protrude at the other end; and a newly-provided or existing caster mounting base 3 having the caster 4 fixed to its bottom face. The caster mounting base 3 is superposed on the bottom face or a top face of the leg mounting base 5, and the caster mounting base 3 and the leg mounting base 5 are fixed to a base of an apparatus by means of mounting bolts 2 of the caster mounting base 3.
