PRODUCTION OF COATING VARNISH

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a low-viscosity coating varnish excellent in coating film physical properties such as coating film mechanical strengths owing to its high solid content and high molecular weight. SOLUTION: This method for producing a coating varnish comprises solution polymerization of a monomer composition containing an acrylic vinyl monomer using a polymerization initiator; wherein the polymerization initiator to be used is a combination of dicinnamoyl peroxide with another polymerization initiator 65-130 deg.C in such a temperature as to be 10 h in its half-life in benzene.
