PURPOSE:To prepare a resin molding having sufficient antifungal properties with a small amt. of an antifungal agent compounded by molding a polyolefin resin compsn. contg. a silver-contg. antifungal agent and subjecting the surface if the resulting molding to corona discharge treatment. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin resin compsn. contg. 0.01 wt.% or higher antigungal agent contg. silver is molded into a desired shape. Then, the surface to be endowed with antifungal properties of the resulting molding is subjected to corona discharge treatment, giving the title antifungal resin molding. Any polyolefin resin in which the antifungal agent can be well dispersed and which, when compounded with a specified amt. of the antifungal agent, is moldable into the desired shape can be used here. Examples of pref. antifungal agents are silver salts of an aliph. satd. monocarboxylic acid, aliph. unsatd. carboxylic acid, and carbocyclic carboxylic acid. |
