<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying or drying agent generating a uniform color change from the middle period to the terminal period at a time of moisture absorption. SOLUTION: A dehumidifying or drying agent consists of 50-95 mass % of a powdery and/or granular deliquescent inorg. salt (A), 5-50 mass % of a gelling agent (B) and 0.00001-5 wt.%, per the sum total mass of (A) and (B), of a colorant powder (C) with a mean particle size of 0.001-100μm and generates no discoloration in a moisture absorbing ratio of below 10% and changes in color and/or hue in a stage reaching a moisture absorbing ratio of 10-300%.</p> |
