PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a disposable diaper easy to wear while a wearer is standing on both feet. SOLUTION: This diaper 10 has a diaper body 18 with a hip part 12 and an abdominal part 14 deployed across a crotch part. The diaper 10 has a male member 44 projecting in the direction of a plane from the side parts 20, 28 of one of the hip part 12 and the abdominal part 14, and a female member 22 provided on the side parts 20, 28 of the other of the hip part 12 and the abdominal part 14 to allow the male member 44 to engage therewith in the plane direction of the side parts 20, 28. The female member 22 is formed with a storage part 32 into which the male member 44 is inserted along the plane direction of the side parts 20, 28, and a surface to be locked 40 which faces in the direction of insertion of the male member 44 is formed on the interior wall of the storage part 32. The male member 22 is provided with a locking surface 56 opposed to the surface to be locked 40. |
