PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batch processing method for document data and a document preparing device with which document data such as text data or image data including the pages of different data formats can be simultaneously managed and easily and speedily handled even when correcting a document. SOLUTION: A document name and a document format, which are set at the time of document preparation, are registered on a document information format column 61. Besides, any one input data form of 'all character data', 'character data + graphic', 'all image data' and 'image + character data' is designated for the unit of a page at the time of input. Corresponding to the designation, a discrimination code is registered in a data division 621 and managing information such as storage address of text data or storage address of image data is registered in a managing information area 622. Thus, since character data or image data can be simultaneously managed, the desired page can be read out of pages or document in which characters, images and graphics or the like are mixed, displayed and easily corrected at the time of correction. |
