<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reduce bad marks by supporting the analysis of deduction contents of medical care points. SOLUTION: A deduction information file 10 is composed of deduction information records defining a plurality of kinds of item data such as item data 'medical care department' showing the medical care department of a patient, item data 'deduction contents' showing specific contents of medical care as a deduction object, item data 'point number of deduction' showing the number of deducted points and item data 'reason' showing the reason of deduction as one set. By accumulating the other item data such as 'point number of deduction' while defining the item data of 'medical care department' as a key, a document like a table of an annually accumulated deducted points medical care departments can be easily prepared. As a result, deduction information can be efficiently reported to any person except for a person in charge of handling the deduction information, especially, to the staff of each medical care department related to medical care and deduction can be reduced by supporting the analysis of deduction contents of medical care points.</p> |
