PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent synchronization from being collapsed and to enable accurate synchronization establishment. SOLUTION: This system consists of a synchronous reference station 21, primary subsidiary stations 22 (221 and 222) and secondary subsidiary stations 23 (231 to 236). A signal for synchronization is distributed in the steps of a synchronous reference station 21→a primary subsidiary stations 22→a secondary subsidiary stations 23→a tertiary subsidiary stations, and the system has a hierarchical structure as a synchronous system. The oscillators of the stations 21 and 22 that are at upper positions in the hierarchical structure are composed of an atomic oscillator such as highly stable cesium atomic oscillator and rubidium atomic oscillator. The synchronous reference station intermittently transmits a signal for synchronization to the primary subsidiary stations (one time a day or an hour), and the primary subsidiary stations frequency (almost continuously) transmit the signal for synchronization to the secondary subsidiary stations.
