PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device capable of reading the coordinates of a display object. SOLUTION: Images having parallaxes between the right and left eyes are inputted to a stereoscopic vision device 57, by which stereoscopic images having a depth are displayed. A three-dimensionally movable three-dimensional real cursor moving cooperatively with the movement of a mouse 55 is displayed. When the point (b) on the stereoscopic vision device 57 is clicked with the mouse 55, the three-dimensional coordinates of the point (b) may be read. As a result, the distance between the two points (a) and (b) may be measured by clicking the points (a) and(b) on the stereoscopic vision device 57.
