PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the use of digital data contents finite by making deliberately act an automatic slight deterioration every time when the data are used. SOLUTION: In this digital data reproducing and recording system SY, original digital data such as music, sound or picture are down-loaded into a personal computer PC through a communication network 12 from the database of a server computer 13 and are stored in a data storage means OM. The digital data are reproduced into sound and video through a reproducing means RG, re-recorded in the means OM or recorded in another recording means AM. A control mean CN automatically degrades the data contents slightly at random interval accordance with a reproducing/recording processing program every time when the stored digital data are reproduced and recorded. |
