<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a photographer to recognize whether panning goes well and also to obtain a photograph in which a panning effect is enhanced. SOLUTION: Whether panning goes well is judged by a panning judging part 2 on the basis of the output of a focus detecting part 4 for detecting the focal state of a photographic lens and then outputting the focus detecting signal, and the output of a blurring detecting part 5 for detecting the magnitude of blur applied on the camera. In the case the panning judging part 2 judges that panning goes well, a shutter speed is changed by a shutter speed changing part 3 so that the panning effect may be obtained. Besides, in the case the judging part 2 judges that panning goes well, a panning success display part 105 in a finder is lighted by a control part 1 so as to inform the photographer that panning went well.</p> |
